BATHROOM End of Lease Cleaning

• Shower recess to be scrubbed
• Grouting to be free of all soap residue or mildew
• All plugholes & floor waste are to be clean and free from debris & hair.
• Mirrors to be cleaned and without streaks
• All drawers and cupboards to be cleaned inside & out
• Toilet to be cleaned thoroughly: behind, including bowl, seat & cistern
• Vanity and taps are cleaned and polished
• Bath and taps clean and free of mildew

KITCHEN End of Lease Cleaning

• Range Hood & Oven cleaned
• All cupboards cleaned inside and out
• Sink, sink taps and disposal unit cleaned and polished
• Walls and tiled areas to be free from grease, splash back of tiles – cleaned
• All benches and floors to be cleaned
• Dishwasher cleaned
• Refrigerator cleaned
• Vacuum & wipe window tracks, clean window sills and glass.
• Wipe down kick boards

GENERAL – ALL ROOMS End of Lease Cleaning

• All exhaust fans throughout the property cleaned
• Air vents dusted & vacuumed
• Blinds cleaned if taken as an Extra service
• Windows (accessible) cleaned thoroughly inside and out and free of streaks
• Window sills and tracks to be free of dirt and insects
• Doors and door-frames clean and free of cobwebs
• Spot Clean Wall Marks
• Cobwebs removed from ceiling cornices & walls
• All light fittings cleaned and free from insects
• Skirting boards washed
• All ceiling fans throughout to be free from dust (if applicable)
• Clean all mirrors throughout including wardrobe door mirrors
• All cupboards dusted and wiped out, rails wiped.
• All floors – Vinyl, tiles and timber to be swept and mopped
• All light switches and plug sockets to be wiped.

OUTSIDE AREAS End of Lease Cleaning

• Garage floor area to be swept and cobwebs removed
• Cobwebs to be removed around entrance door
• Balconies swept & mopped

LAUNDRY End of Lease Cleaning

• Washing machine and clothes dryer filter to be cleaned out
• Clean laundry tub
• Cupboards to be cleaned thoroughly inside and out
• Clean splash back of tiles
